The numbers this month remain high across the board, except new listings, continuing to build on the low inventory cycle. The overall story is due to the continual lack of inventory and low interest rates, there are a lot of pent up buyer's looking for a home. Thus, when something lists at fair market value, it goes quickly often times with multiple offers, driving up the price significantly.
