Buying a home is a big deal, period. There isn't an exact blueprint for defining what makes a perfect home as the definition is very personal and will be different for everyone. My personalized approach will make your experience enjoyable while getting you the results you desire. 

Your love list

Let's start by day dreaming. Together, we’ll create your list of must haves and all the things that make up the perfect home for you. Looking for an ocean view? Want to have a kitchen big enough to host friends and family? Need space for your workshop? We'll talk through all of the details and get deep to make sure nothing gets missed. Then, I’ll work with you to prioritize your wants and needs from gotta have it, to nice to haves. This will allow me to narrow down to the specifics when looking at neighborhoods, locations, size and architectural elements.   

A realistic budget

One of the most crucial parts of the home buying process is determining what you can afford. I refuse to show properties to my clients that I know will put them at a financial risk. Together, we'll prepare you for your pre-approval with a lender, and then review (and review again) your current state and the type of lifestyle you want to maintain after you purchase a home. Do you enjoy traveling? Weekly dinners at the newest restaurant in town? Are you planning on adding members to your family, children, pet or otherwise? These are all considerations that must be discussed. Remember, this is a long-term commitment that must be thoroughly researched to ensure you feel comfortable (and excited!) about your purchase, with no inkling of buyers remorse in sight.
