I was in the market for my first home and Morgan was referred to me by my financial advisor. I did not really know a lot about the buying process, but Morgan was able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. She was always very responsive to my emails and texts, even over a holiday weekend. She did not pressure me to make any offers. In fact, we had long call about a place I was interested in and very close to putting an offer on, and with her guidance, I realized it was not the place for me. Once we did find the place that was perfect for me, it had about 20 offers on it. She wrote a letter for me to present to the sellers and she was able to talk with the seller's agent to determine what we needed to do in order to get the house. Our offer was tied with 2 others and Morgan's letter and her discussions with the seller's agent was able to convince them to pick my offer! The seller's required a 4 week escrow period, which was pretty short, but Morgan was on top of everything. She got a home inspector out to the place the day after the offer was accepted. The inspector was very thorough and found an issue that needed to have a specialist look at. Morgan was able to get the specialist out to look at it a few days after the initial inspection. Even though the seller's were selling the house "as-is" condition and had 2 other backup offers, she was able to negotiate with them to pay 1/2 of the repair cost. Overall, my home buying experience was great in large part to Morgan and I was able to get a house just right for me which was well below my budget.

Wow. If I had to consolidate my feedback about Morgan to a single word, that would be it. Morgan began by having a sit down with us, where she taught us the ins and outs of the home buying process. She went through all of the financial documents that we would need to make an offer, what the offer process looked like, and what escrow looked like. She also was transparent and said that it could be a bit stressful, but maintained a calm energy as well. With this calm energy and a deep expertise within the San Diego market, Morgan guided us effortlessly through the process (and talked my wife and I off of a ledge a few times - lol). Morgan sent us amazing property after amazing property and conducted several virtual tours with us via Facetime. She helped us keep a level head throughout the process and negotiate fair terms during our inspection. All in all, my wife and I are now proud homeowners for the first time, and we are absolutely obsessed with our new home. I can confidently say that without Morgan's guidance, wisdom, kindness, and transparency, we would likely be renting a short-term apartment right now, and missing out on our dream life.
