Real Estate Tips: La Jolla Market Update, December 2019

The final report of 2019, and things look so so. Overall, the inventory and median sales price are down, but closed sales are up. I’m already seeing activity in the market for January 2020, so hopefully we can expect a good real estate season, which for us is generally the Spring. For the full run down, watch my video below.

• Average Days on the Market: 54, +4%

• Median Sales Price: $1.99M, -14%
