There are so many different ways that Realtors choose to market a home, but which ones are the best? If we go down the basic principals of marketing, the right message, to the right audience, at the right time, there are a few tried and true methods that we use time and time again. However, one thing to consider is that you’re promoting your new listing to two different audiences, both buyers and other local Realtors. If you can get other Realtors on board first, you’ll have access to so many more people as they’ll inform their clients of the new home for sale.
