I love food in every sense of the word. I love to cook and bake, to eat, and I especially enjoy dining out in San Diego. For those of you who share this same affinity, I thought I would pull together my top ten restaurants at the moment, in no particular order ranging from casual to date night elegance.

Wolf and the Woods: Everything is absolutely delicious, and the best ambiance.
Black Radish: Similar that everything is good, but I especially love the french fries and caviar.
Crack Shack: The chicken sandwich or the downward dog salad are my top two picks!
Wheat and Water: My favorite burger in San Diego, and they have delicious wood fired pizza.
Catania: The octopus is phenomenal, any pasta dish or wood fired pizza.
Isola: Again, wood fired pizza … noticing a theme here :)
Fish 101: I love the poke here or the fish tacos.
The Fishery: The menu changes here often, but I’ve never had a bad dish.
Wayfarer Bread: pre-order pizza on the weekends or sometimes they have a taco pop up shop for pre-order on Tuesdays.
Verdes El Ranchero: Super family friendly, and offers a large variety of Mexican dishes, again, can’t go wrong on any choice.
Pescador: Okay … so I said 10, but I couldn’t not include this spot. The fish plates are amazing - so fresh, the poke, ceviche, sashmi … my favorite is the off menu salmon burger burrito.
