Unlike the rest of the nation, generally here in San Diego June isn't the hottest of months for real estate, as after "school is out for the summer" people are escaping the June gloom for travel and enjoyment. However, last months numbers are an increase across the board, except for median days on the market, which only means that more homes are selling, for a higher price, at a faster rate.   • Number of New Listings: 46, +5%

  • Number of Homes Sold: 25, +25%

  • Median Sales Price: $3.85M, +17%

  • Inventory Supply: 4.9 Months, 0%

  • Median Days on the Market: 33, -27%
