Real Estate Tips: La Jolla Market Update, March 2024

This month's market update may not show a significant drop year over year when it comes to median sales price and inventory, but in comparison from what we were seeing last month, inventory is down 59% and median sales price is down from $3,480,000 to $2,750,000. We are also seeing that homes are on the market for less than 30 days active, and with limited inventory and continued demand, the spring market in San Diego remains market.
