The real estate market here in San Diego certainly slows down in December due to the Holidays, and the latest data certainly reflects that. However, those that were on the hunt for their dream homes snatched them up much quicker as days on the market are down to only 17 days, a whopping -70% decrease from this time last year. As supply in the luxury market (above $4 million in La Jolla) continues to increase, the below $4 million dollar buyers still have limited inventory. Watch my latest video for the full run down.
