We just recently (as of June 2023) hit the six month inventory mark in La Jolla for detached homes, which is the status quo for a healthy market when it comes to number of homes available for sale. However, it hasn’t been this way for quite some time. We’ve been experiencing month after month of inventory being low (in some cases as low as one month available), which contributes to why homeowners are not as interested in selling as they may have been.
