/It has been quite a year for real estate, and May’s numbers reflect that. The statistics show that the median sales price in La Jolla is now $3.4M, which is up from $2.57M at the beginning of 2021. For sellers this is great news, although my buyers may not be as happy to see this. If you are buying, however, do not get discouraged by the numbers.
