Real Estate Tips: La Jolla Market Update, October 2018
/ Morgan KingWhoa - is it me or did the last part of this year just fly by?! With pulling together the last minute Fundraiser for Fire Victims (more on that here), Thanksgiving, and a long relaxing trip down to Costa Rica for my best friends wedding, I completely spaced on the October 2018 market update. Overall, things seemed to remain steady from September, still seeing an increase in inventory (listings) and a decrease in sales. Also, for the first time in awhile, we’re seeing a decrease in interest rates, which is great news for those looking to finance any portion of their purchase. Watch below for all the details.
