Real Estate Tips: San Diego Short Term Rental Law Update
/ Morgan KingBack in July 2018, after three years of debate, the San Diego council voted to enact regulations on short term rentals (renting for under 30 days), only allowing short term rentals on primary residences. Thus, investor properties or secondary residences would no longer be able to short term rent out their places.
