Coming upon the final months of the year, and although it may seem as though some properties are staying on the market longer, if something is priced well, it is getting snatched up! We are seeing more listings, more sales, and higher median sales prices. As we originally anticipated rates to drop by spring of 2025, the forecast is now looking as though they will drop only slightly and in some cases remain the same.
