Real Estate Tips: La Jolla Market Update, December 2024

For the final month of 2024, we had a lot of increases year over year, which I'm not totally surprised by since this past year was overall stronger than 2023. With December generally being the slowest month of the year for sales, this year, there was quite a bit of activity. With new listings, and units sold rising, and the median sales price a bit down from LY, it appears as though buyers took advantage of buying while there was less competition.   • Median Days on the Market: 49, +75%
