California's Reopening Effect on Forms
/ Morgan KingIt has been quite a year for real estate with open houses shut down, Covid-19 PEAD form requirements, and a very competitive seller’s market. As of June 15th, California has fully reopened which means two awesome things: open houses are back in action and PEAD and Coronavirus Addendum forms are no longer required. Things are looking up for the state of California, and these milestones are definitely a sign of progress. It is exciting to finally see life going back to what it was before!
