On a Realtor meeting this morning that I attend weekly, one of the agents had listed a property and did 35 showings in one day, as well as received three solid offers. If you’re an active buyer at the moment, life can be a little nuts, and you and your Realtor need to be extremely on top of their game. This is due to the very low inventory (homes available for sale), and all the people looking to take advantage of low interest rates, as well as find a home they can spend most of their time in due to COVID-19.
