I get it, believe me. I want your home to sell just as much as you do. So you’ve done all the things, priced it right (the most important variable to selling by far!), you’ve done open houses (see the benefits of that here), have a strong marketing strategy and have had multiple showings. This can be extremely frustrating for both you and your Realtor, as we aren’t in control of the market, and a buyer will come, when a buyer decides to come. In southern California, if a home is priced right, it doesn’t stay on the market very long, so know that it will sell at some point.
