So you’ve done all the things, priced it right (the most important variable to selling by far!), you’ve done open houses (see the benefits of that here), have a strong marketing strategy and have had multiple showings. This can be extremely frustrating for both you and your Realtor, as we aren’t in control of the market, and a buyer will come, when a buyer decides to come. In southern California, if a home is priced right, it doesn’t stay on the market very long, so know that it will sell at some point.
